Sales Terms and Conditions

Below are the standard terms and conditions of sales and shall constitute the agreement, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing:

  1. Goods once sold cannot be returned/exchanged unless agreed by the company.

  2. Our general sales conditions take precedence over any of the customer general

    conditions of purchase that are not expressly expressed by us.

  3. Interest will be charged at 24% if the invoice is not paid by the due sate. Subject to Secunderabad jurisdiction, Further the company is entitled to take legal recourse to

    recover dues.

  4. Buyer is liable to pay Rs 500/- for cheque bounce/return

  5. Our liability ceases once the goods leave our premises. For the goods sent via

    transport, the transit liability shall be borne by the customer.

  6. The following goods are not accepted for exchange and return under any

    circumstances. Please consult the sales representative for in depth detail of these

    conditions.

    ●  Special color plates and switches in Zencelo, Unica Pure, AvatarON

    ●  Wires and cables of cut lengths as per your instructions

    ●  Fans

    ●  Specialised lighting ( Magnetic Tracks, Decorational fixtures, etc.)

    ●  Weatherproof Plug and Sockets

    ●  Ferrules and other accessories (consult sales representative)

  7. For products that are accepted for exchange, please ensure that the products are in

    unused condition with all packaging intact.
    Note: Exchange and Return of goods will be accepted between 2:00 PM and 6 PM

  8. A credit note will be issued against all the products and it can be used for buying any other product. Payment will not be reversed in monetary form.

Proforma Invoice & Quotations TERMS and conditions

Below are the standard terms and conditions of Proforma Invoice’s and Quotations and shall constitute the agreement, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing:

  1. Quotation

    The current quotation is as per our understanding of the technical requirement and specifications. If there is any change in the specifications it should be informed by the buyer before the issue of the purchase order.

  2. Order Amendment & Cancellation

    Orders once confirmed and accepted cannot be amended, modified-or cancelled.

    However in exceptional cases we may consider the request for amendment of the order only for

    Standard Products (S), provided the buyer makes written request for such amendments two (2)

    weeks before the Estimated Material Availability Date mentioned in this order confirmation.

    Order amendment/cancellation of Non Standard (N) Products shall attract amendment/

    cancellation charges equivalent of 100% of the value of such products, to be paid before the shipment of the ordered material.

  3. Payment

    • 100% advance on order below 5 lac
    • For orders above 5 Lacs : 50% Advance with order booking and 50% against PI before dispatch.

  4. Delivery

    Based upon reasonable estimation of our current stock status material delivery dates (Ex- Warehouse)

    For smooth operation we would request you to share your delivery schedule.

    Any change in the delivery schedule shall be intimated by us.

    We shall not be liable for any loss on account of delay in delivery arising from Force Majeure

    causes beyond our control.

  5. Inspection and Return policy

    Goods once sold will not be taken back unless specifically agreed by us in writing.

    Any shortages, discrepancies or quality complaints etc, should be reported within 48 hours from

    the date of receipt of material.

  6. Transit Damage

    • All apparent shortages and damages to be recorded on the transporter POD copy or to be reported within five (5) days from the date of receipt of material. In case of non adherence, no damage claim will be accepted and invoice to be paid in full.

  7. Price Variation

    • Offer Price shall remain fixed if the delivery schedule is provided along with the Purchase Order. If the delivery schedule is beyond the below-mentioned timeframes we reserves the right to apply the referenced price variation as per the pricelists in effect.

  1. PVC Conduits and Accessories: All prices are valid for 30 days

  2. Metal (MS & GI) Conduits and Accessories: All prices are valid for 30 days

  3. Wires: All prices are valid for 10 days

  4. Cables: All prices are valid for 10 days

  5. Wiring Devices: All prices are valid for till 15.12.2021

  6. Final Distribution: All prices are valid till 15.12.2021

  7. Lighting: All prices are valid for 30 days

  8. Discrepancies

  • Any Discrepancies with respect to order confirmation shall be brought to our notice within one (1) week of receipt of order confirmation. In case of no intimation within mentioned stipulated period, the contents of this order confirmation shall be treated as accepted by customer.

  • RAJ Marketing reserves the right not to supply material in case of violation of any techno- commercial terms and conditions, including non-payment of past due Invoices.
