Gi conduits.jpg

Cast iron (ms) & Galvanised iron (gi) conduits

G.I. Conduit Pipes : They are coated by hot dipped galvanising of iron or steel. In this the pipe is coated with a layer of zinc to protect them from corrosion or rusting.

This coating ensures safety and a finish to the conduit which is durable in industrial installations, coastal line atmosphere & thermal power stations.

M.S. Conduit Pipes: They have an inner and outer surfaces treatment with a black coat of paint that help them protect from rusting.

Our range of fittings in cast iron and galvanised iron

GI Ball SocketThey are used to hang light fixtures via a threaded pipe section from a ceiling. It can be used to hold upto a fixture upto 10 feet from the ceiling.

GI COupler.jpg

Galvanised Iron (GI) Coupling

  • It allows you to extend a conduit line by joining two conduits.

  • Our Pipes come with pre-fitted with threaded couplers on one end and additional can be procured to customise the line as per your needs.

  • These are available in sizes starting from 19mm to 50mm.

  • They are available in Threading type (ET) and Pin type (PG).

Galvanised Iron (GI) Inspection Bend

  •  A bend is a type of conduit fitting that changes the direction of the pipe by 90 ° in a concealed wiring system.

  • It gently changes direction to allow easy pulling of electrical wires during concealed wiring.

Can be used in installations that generally demand some amount of maintenance I.e. industries, commercial spaces, etc.

  • The bend can be screwed open to check the line and then closed with minimal effort.

  • It a very smart choice as it makes maintenance a simple task both on cost and time fronts.

  • These are available in sizes starting from 19mm to 50mm

  • They are available in Threading type (ET) and Pin type (PG)

GI DJB.jpg

Galvanised Iron (GI) Deep Junction Box

  • Junction boxes can be used to create connection points and provide mounting support for bulb holders and ceiling roses.

  • Apart from that, they facilitate the reconfiguration by providing the passage to pull the wires in the concealed wiring system.

  • There are two types of junction boxes: deep junction boxes and junction boxes.

  •

A deep junction box has a larger enclosure space, which is why they are preferred for concealed slab wiring.

  • These are available in sizes starting from 19mm to 50mm.

  • They are available in Threading type (ET) and Pin type (PG)
