PVC FRLS RIGID ISI CONDUIT

A FRLS PVC Conduit Pipe is a wire ducting tube with fire-retardant and low-smoke properties. It is used in conjunction with conduit fittings to enclose, lay and protect concealed electrical wiring in a construction structure. It also protects people by acting as an insulating barrier between electrical wiring and themselves.

Our PVC Conduit Pipes are manufactured conforming to rigorous highest standards to ensure that the products can withstand turbulent conditions for a durable life.

VIP Conduits are our PVC Conduit offering with industry leading quality. We offer conduits of ISI standard in black, grey, white, green, red, blue and orange colors along with accessories in the same colours. This provides easy laying and repair for different services.

Junction Boxes: Junction boxes can be used to create connection points and provide mounting support for bulb holders and ceiling roses. Apart from that, they facilitate the reconfiguration by providing the passage to pull the wires in the concealed wiring system. There are two types of junction boxes: deep junction boxes and junction boxes. They differ in the size of the case. A deep junction box has a larger enclosure space, which is why they are preferred for concealed slab wiring.

PVC BEND.jpg

Bends: A bend is a type of conduit fitting that changes the direction of the pipe by 90 ° in a concealed wiring system. It works very similar to an elbow used for open wiring. It gently changes direction to allow easy pulling of electrical wires during concealed wiring.

COUPLER.jpg

Coupling: A coupling is one of the simplest conduit fittings. It allows you to extend a conduit line by joining two conduits. Our Pipes come with pre-moulded couplers on one end and additional can be procured to customise the line as per your needs.

Saddles: A saddle is used to fix or mount the conduit wiring network with a solid surface so that the setup remains intact in its place.

FBUSH.jpg

Adapters: It is a type of conduit fitting that connects PVC pipes to distribution boxes without the use of a flexible pipe. It has threading for tightening or loosening the attached upper part. The female bush adapter is fixed with DB boxes and pipes, and the electrical wiring is passed through the passage they create.

REDUCER.jpg

Reducers: As the name indicates, a reducer is used to reduce the size of conduit from larger to smaller one as needed. They are compatible with the larger pipe at one end and with smaller one at the other end. It is particularly suitable for dividing a larger pipe into several smaller pipes in different directions. In this case, it makes much economic sense to use the same larger pipe throughout.

Fanbox:Fan box is an electrical installation accessory that provides secure mounting to a ceiling fan. It has a hook in the middle to hang the ceiling fan. There are multiple holes along the periphery of the fan box to connect the wiring along any direction.

During the construction, fan boxes are fitted on the ceiling along with PVC Conduit Pipes, Bends, Wires & Cables, etc. Mostly fan boxes are installed in the middle of the room to have a proper flow of air in every corner.

We have a wide selection of fan boxes to choose from:

  1. PVC Fanbox

  2. Galvanised Metal Fan Box

  3. Powder Coated Fan Box

  4. Octagonal Galvanised Metal Fan Box

Some silent features of our fan boxes are:

  1. Corrosion Resistance

  2. Sleek Design

  3. Easy to install

  4. High Quality fit and finish

PVC Solvent: PVC Solvent Cement is an adhesive constituted of CPVC resin, stabilisers and fillers to help in joint two conduit pipes.

During the installation, conduits are cut, fastened and bent. To make the final fit secure solvent cement is used to reduce wear and tear.

Some silent features of our Solvent Cement are:

  1. Quick drying

  2. Resistant to degradation

  3. High Hold

  4. Convient packaging sizes

  5. Easy to apply and store

BENDING SPRING.jpg

Bending Springs: They are metallic, flexible springs used to bend PVC Conduit Pipes by providing them a stable internal structure needed to achieve a clean and distortion-free bend.

One of the ends of the bending spring is tapered, while the other has a ring end. The ring end is tied with a string to pull the spring out when the pipe gets bent. They are available in different sizes, e.g. 20 mm, 25 mm for different PVC pipe sizes.

Only good quality PVC Conduit Pipes can withstand the pressure required by the spring bending, while poor quality PVC Conduit Pipes will warp when pressure is applied.

FAQs

How does a fanbox work?

A fanbox provides the necessary support and secure electrical connections for uninterrupted power supplies. Along with a fan box, other electrical accessories like PVC Conduit Pipes, Wires, etc. are used in the installation process.

The design of the fan box clearly depicts how it should be used. It has circular holes along the periphery for inserting electrical PVC pipe. These PVC pipes provide the necessary protection to the wires used for supplying power.

A Fan Box can be used for both old and new electrical work. You need to choose the right fan box according to your needs.

You can get further assistance from us using the form below.

What are the uses of a fanbox?

As the name implies, it is generally used for the installation of ceiling fans. However, it is also used to hang heavy lighting fixtures such as chandeliers.

What gauge of conduits suit which purpose?

Broadly speaking, it all depends. However as a rule of thumb, we recommend heavy gauge conduits for Slabs to withstand the high pressure exerted, medium gauge for the walls, and a light gauge for open wiring installations.

All our conduits are ISI marked and FRLS.
